1. All guidelines are designated for your health and well-being as well your fellow guest.

2. Any use or possession of mind/mood altering chemical or paraphernalia is strictly prohibited and is grounds for immediate discharge.

3. Upon request of staff, all shall submit to drug testing at any time.

4. Violence or making violent threats is prohibited and is grounds for immediate discharge.

5. Possession of any weapons or replicas of weapons is prohibited. Weapons brought to the house must be surrendered to staff at once. Any weapons found will be grounds for immediate discharge.

6. Sexual or exclusive relationship between guests is prohibited.

7. Guest who intentional damage or destroy property belonging to the house or other guest will be financially responsible for such damage or destruction.

8. Guest will conduct them in an appropriate manner by being respectful and considerate of staff, other guests and property.

9. All Guest that are not working will attend 7:00 am morning 12 step meeting.

10. Guest that are not working must attended (2) 12 step meetings per day; those that are working or attending school must attend (1) 12 step meeting a day.

11. Curfew is 10:00 pm for all, this includes weekends.12. Smoking is not allowed in the unit. It is only allowed outdoors in common area.

13. No yelling shouting or slamming of doors or windows is allowed.

14. No pornographic materials or publication designed for sexual arousal including magazines, videos or accessories are not permitted on the premises. Any all such materials found will be confiscated and disposed of promptly. This requirement is designed for all clients whether dealing with recovery issues of this nature or not.

knowing that they are in a supportive environment. We aim to give our
residents a new lease on life and strive to help our residents renew
long lost hopes and dreams, so that they may see that the possibilities
are endless if you stay clean and sober. We offer a structured program
for those seeking to continue their recovery.

15. Dress code: Shoe and sandals are to be worn at all times. No short-shorts or swimwear are permitted in the common area of the house. Seductive, sheer or clinging clothing is considered inappropriate. Clothing that depicts the following logos are also inappropriate: alcohol advertisements, drug or paraphernalia, sexually explicit slogans or suggestions and racial or similar slurs. Sunglasses are not to be worn indoors.

16. No guest will be allowed visitors in the unit at any time. All visitors must be met in the common areas and remain outside.

17. Knowledge of another guest’s failure to comply with these guidelines may be placing you in an enable position. Secrets and gossip threaten your recovery and are destructive to the support and trust of all guests. It’s healthy to confront your peer in the appropriate setting, such as in house meetings or with staff.

18. Stealing is not considered appropriate behavior this includes food.

19. There will be NO borrowing of any kind ( money, cigs and clothing, ect)

20. All concerns and question should be taken to managers.

21. All items left by guest after 7 days will be considered donations.

22. Refusal to comply with guidelines is grounds for disciplinary action or immediate discharge and may result in forfeit of rent and security deposit.
